Perfect design in technology and form
Visual quality and engineering quality should work together.

Technology – energy saving, control and air performance
Efficient components for lower operating costs and cleaner results.
Energy saving
- Insulating reflective glass
- 60 mm panels with pressed rock wool
- Bright LED lighting
- Ideal in combination with a paint mixing room
Optional saving components
- Approx. 20% saving with frequency inverter for 3 air volumes
- Approx. 25% saving with gas surface burner
- Approx. 50% efficiency with aluminium cross-current heat exchanger
Control – nothing left to wish for
Available as analog, digital touchscreen or touchscreen with PLC control and remote maintenance.
Frequency controller for three speed levels:
- Eco
- Painting 1 (70–80%)
- Painting 2 (full load)

Benefits with PLC
Painting with approx. 12 kW power requirement. The system switches into saving mode when no painting activity is detected.
- Gentle motor start-up
- Intermediate drying and program flexibility
- Modulating burner
- Safety monitoring of all components
Heating technology comparison
Indirect blower burner
Oil / gas operated, indirect in the heat boiler / heat exchanger and installed with chimney.

Direct gas surface burner
Natural gas or LPG only. Saves approx. 25% heating energy and works very fast.
No chimney required: approx. €1,500 cost saving.
Easiest cost-effective maintenance with multiple monitoring functions for extra safety.

Aluminium cross-current heat exchanger
During painting, heated air is exhausted to the outside. An integrated aluminium plate cube recovers part of this heat and preheats the cold supply air with approx. 50% efficiency.
Fans / turbines with enormous air power
32,000 m³/h

Backward-curved, quiet, high performance and easy to maintain.
0.3 m/sec air sink speed is mandatory.
LED strips with 1,000 lux / m² create a bright working environment.
Why avoid wedge-belt / forward-curved systems?

These systems are noisier, shorter-lived and require much more maintenance, which is often neglected in daily practice.
